1. Overview
Welcome to Fofoo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fofoo application and related services. By downloading, creating an account, or using Fofoo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using Fofoo immediately.
Fofoo is a live voice-based social platform that allows users to enter audio rooms, communicate in real time, and participate in interactive social activities. To maintain a safe, fair, and respectful environment, all users are required to follow the rules described in this document.
Fofoo may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective once published in the app. Continued use of Fofoo after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Fofoo provides interactive social features, including but not limited to:
· Live Audio Rooms: Create or join real-time voice conversations with other users.
· Social Discovery Tools: Meet new people, engage in group discussions, and explore shared interests.
· Virtual Items and Gifting: Send and receive digital gifts as part of social interactions.
· All use of Fofoo services must comply with these Terms, applicable policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent removal:
Posting or sharing unlawful, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content;
Misleading, threatening, exploiting, or endangering other users;
Participating in harassment, fraud, scams, gambling, or spreading false or harmful information;
Attempting to by pass moderation systems, interfere with platform operations, or impersonate others;
Creating, distributing, or promoting any content involving minors.
Serious violations may be reviewed and enforced promptly, including immediate action when necessary.
Fofoo is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.
By using Fofoo, you confirm that:
You meet the minimum age requirement;
You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;
You agree to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all related guidelines.
Accounts identified as belonging to minors may be terminated without prior notice.
Account Registration
Users may register for Fofoo using supported third-party authentication methods, such as Google login.
Account Ownership
Each Fofoo account is personal and may only be used by the individual who registered it. You may not share, transfer, or operate an account on behalf of another person without permission.
Suspension or Termination
Fofoo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently disable accounts if:
These Terms are violated;
User behavior threatens platform safety or community integrity;
Illegal, abusive, or harmful activities are detected.
Enforcement actions may be taken with or without prior notice, depending on severity.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account via Settings → Delete Account. Once confirmed:
All personal information, virtual assets, and balances will be permanently removed;
The account cannot be recovered;
Virtual currency and items are non-refundable.
This action is irreversible.
Users may create or share text, audio, images, and other materials (“User Content”) while using Fofoo. All User Content must comply with platform rules.
6.1 Prohibited Content
You may not post or distribute content that:
Involves minors in any form
Encourages harassment, intimidation, or bullying;
Contains explicit, obscene, or sexually suggestive material;
Promotes illegal or dangerous behavior;
Includes malware, viruses, or harmful code;
Infringes intellectual property or third-party rights.
6.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload or share. Violations may lead to:
Content removal
Temporary or permanent account restrictions;
Legal action where required by law.
7.1 License Granted to Fofoo
By submitting User Content, you grant Fofoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and promote the service.
7.2 Ownership of Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have lawful rights to all content you submit to Fofoo.
7.3 Platform Rights
All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and related materials are the exclusive property of Fofoo.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
7.4 Moderation Authority
Fofoo reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove any content at its discretion.
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Fofoo Privacy Policy, which explains:
What data is collected;
How it is used and protected;
Your rights and available choices.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.
Fofoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fofoo makes no guarantees regarding:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
Accuracy or reliability of services;
Fitness for a particular purpose;
Absence of technical issues or security risks.
Use of Fofoo is at your own discretion and risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Fofoo shall not be liable for:
Losses arising from your use or inability to use the service;
Actions or content of other users;
Unauthorized access to accounts;
System failures, outages, or service interruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fofoo, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the platform;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Fofoo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
These Terms may be updated due to:
Feature adjustments;
Legal or regulatory requirements;
Security or operational needs.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using Fofoo.
