• Any interaction, content, or behavior that places minors at risk of physical, emotional, or psychological harm

Once a violation is identified, Fofoo takes immediate action. Where required by law, relevant information may be reported to law enforcement agencies or child-protection authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following actions are expressly prohibited on Fofoo:

• Posting, requesting, or engaging with sexual, explicit, or suggestive material involving minors
• Attempting to contact, groom, manipulate, deceive, or exploit minors
• Uploading, linking to, referencing, or facilitating access to CSAM in any form
• Misrepresenting age, impersonating a minor, or encouraging others to do so for harmful purposes
• Promoting or participating in activities that expose minors to danger or abuse

Fofoo uses a combination of automated detection technologies and trained moderation teams to continuously monitor and address potential violations.

3. Reporting and Response Process

Users are strongly encouraged to report any suspected child safety concerns through:

• In-app reporting tools available within profiles, chats, and content menus
• Direct email contact with Fofoo’s designated child safety channel:

All reports are reviewed promptly, handled confidentially, and escalated when necessary in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Enforcement Actions

If child safety violations are confirmed, Fofoo may take one or more of the following measures:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of user accounts
• Restriction or blocking based on device identifiers, IP addresses, or related technical signals
• Reporting of relevant information to law enforcement or child-protection agencies
• Full cooperation with official investigations and legal requests

Cases involving credible or severe risks to minors are treated as high priority and reviewed without delay.

5. Legal and Policy Compliance

Fofoo complies with relevant child protection frameworks and regulations, including but not limited to:

• The U.S. PROTECT Act
• The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
• Applicable local and regional online safety, data protection, and child welfare laws

Fofoo also adheres strictly to Google Play’s Child Safety and CSAM-related policies to maintain platform compliance.
